support@dotspeak.world — the fastest way to reach a person. Tell us what you were doing when it went wrong and we will get back to you.
No. DotSpeak creates an identity for your device the first time you open it. There is no sign-up and no password.
A scannable code you can put on anything. Scanning it opens whatever you attached — a message, a page you can update later, or an AI persona that talks back. Scanning someone's Dot is always free and needs no app.
Sparks are the credits that AI actions use. A text reply costs 1, a Pow Wow host turn costs 4, a spoken reply in a cloned voice costs 16. Free includes 400 Sparks a month. Sparks are only spent by the person who created a Dot — answering someone else's Dot costs you nothing.
On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → DotSpeak → Cancel. Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellations and refunds go through them.
Long-press the message in a Pow Wow room to report it or block whoever sent it. A Dot can be reported from the … menu in its chat. Blocked accounts are listed under Settings → Blocked accounts, and you can unblock from there. We review every report.
Email support@dotspeak.world from the device you use and we will remove your account and its content. Because there is no login, telling us from that device is how we identify it.
